To use them, right click on the image and click ‘save as’ then save the image to your computer and host the image on your server, or wherever you host your images and link to them there.

You may certainly use them in a template that you create and use yourself or that you create and sell, I do not mind, but please be ethical and not claim that you created these specific buttons yourself.
